Setup
How do I pair the DS-01?
Hold the multifunction button for 5 seconds until the Hyper Blue LED double-blinks. Pick Durasound DS-01 in your device's Bluetooth menu. First pairing only.
How do I pair two devices (multipoint)?
Pair the first device. Then hold the multifunction button 5 seconds again — the DS-01 will re-enter pairing while still keeping the first device active. Pair the second device. Both devices stay connected. The DS-01 will route audio to whichever device is playing.
How do I check battery level?
Hold the volume-up button while no audio is playing. The DS-01 will speak the remaining battery percentage in your ear.
Durability & care
Can I swim in them?
IP68-rated for submersion to 1.5m for 30 minutes. Showers, rain, sweat, dunking under a wave — all fine. Bluetooth doesn't transmit underwater, so streaming while submerged is physically impossible. Rinse with fresh water after salt exposure.
What's the operating temperature?
−10°C to +60°C continuous operation. Cell chemistry degrades faster above +45°C — don't leave them on a dashboard in summer.
How do I clean them?
Damp microfibre cloth on the titanium arm. For the silicone gasket, light soapy water then air dry. Never use solvents — they'll damage the anodised finish.

What does the 30-day field test cover?
30 days from delivery. Use them. Train in them. Dunk them. If they're not for you, send them back — we cover return shipping in AU — full refund, no restocking fee, no questions.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Any failure that isn't user-induced damage. Driver failure, battery failure, hinge fatigue, gasket failure. Email support with your order number and a 10-second video of the symptom — we ship a replacement same day.

When will my order ship?
Same business day for orders placed before 2pm AEST. Metro deliveries 2–3 business days. Regional / remote 5–7 business days. Tracking link emailed the moment your label is printed.
